– The CEO is responsible for hiring and firing employees while an Executive Vp isn’t responsible for doing this.

– An Executive Vp isn’t responsible for the financial health of their company. But a CEO is responsible for it instead. This means that an Executive Vp doesn’t have to worry about how much money their company has or doesn’t have. While a CEO does this all the time because he/she has to deal with creditors, investors, and lenders who might be concerned about their financial health.

Similar Roles 

Although there are some differences between an Executive Vp and CEO. They both hold similar roles in their companies and share many similarities as well such as:

  • They’re both meant to be respectful 

They must show this towards everyone who works with them no matter what their position is.

  • Both of them should also be trustworthy towards all workers at their companies. 

This means that they shouldn’t steal from their companies or take something that’s not theirs without permission from other people. Doing these things inappropriately could lead to negative consequences. Such as trouble at work or even getting fired from your job altogether if you get caught after you’ve done something like this! So make sure you stay on your best behavior at work at all times!

  • They’re both supposed to be honest and trustworthy. 

However, some Executive Vps and CEOs might not be honest and trustworthy because people aren’t perfect. But you should always try your best to be honest and trustworthy at all times while you work at your company. 

This way, you can earn a lot of respect and trust from your coworkers and bosses. So they can leave you alone to do your job more easily!
